Hold Music:

First I received calls on my home number from Portfolio Recovery for Dana, now i’m getting them from Midland.
This guy didn’t verify any information besides a name, (barely!) then he starts giving out account details… Sorry, but when someone answers the phone saying “Hello, this is Lenny!” you can’t really ask “Hi, is this so-and-so?” you already know the persons first name. I mean, you get a courtesy pass the first time you call/ask, but 3 other times? Come on.

First Call – 11/4 – “My name is Patrick sir!…….. My name is Patrick!”

Second Call – 11/7 – “Davenport Residence, may I help you?” On another note, listen right when I transfer the call, you can tell that the hold music it was about to play was KITB 🙂

Third Call – 11/8 – Patrick finally gets how Lenny works… plus, this reminds me that I need to fix up the dialplan to accommodate people who “get” Lenny.

Fourth Call – 11/14 – I tell Patrick to FHRITP, in my typical stutter over myself terminology…
